ANDROID AUTOMOTIVE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

We are looking for an experienced software developer passionate about developing the next-generation infotainment system based on Google’s Android Automotive OS. It would be best if you had an open mindset focused on cooperating and finding solutions that bring the highest value. You should utilize your strong technical knowledge to find feasible solutions within the project scope.

What You’ll Do

  • You will be doing Software development in the application and native layers of Android stack for the infotainment system.

  • You will collaborate with UX, Designers and other stakeholders to define a coherent end-to-end solution.

  • You will be part of a team that has end-to-end responsibilities, including design, architecture, documentation, development, verification, and validation.

  • As part of the R&D organization, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to generating innovative ideas and solutions.

Who You are

  • We are looking for someone with an M.Sc in Software Engineering or equivalent experience through years of practice.

  • It would be best if you had several years of experience in Android apps and Android platform development.

  • You should have good knowledge of Android, Java, and C++ and experience in Automotive communication buses.

  • You are familiar with modern app architectural patterns and know Android testing frameworks well.

  • Furthermore, it is meritorious if you bring experience in Embedded Linux Development and experience from working with Continuous Integration.
